Beenie Man can now fly to the United States freely.

The King of the dancehall was granted a US visitor’s visa after the US embassy clipped his wings when they revoked his visa last year denting his earning power.

Beenie Man who partied the night away on Friday (29/07/11) at Neyo’s Compound Entertainment Party series in Negril said "I am just thankful to the US Embassy for their renewed confidence in me, I have been granted a visitor's visa, however, this is just the first step towards the ultimate objective of earning a US work permit so that I can realize my full earning potential and take care of my family.” 

Beenie and fellow dancehall entertainer Mavado are the only two you can fly to the US from the batch of dancehall entertainers who got their US Visa’s revoked last year.

Meanwhile, entertainers Bounty Killa, Aidonia and Ricky Trooper are still unable to fly to the US. So too is Vybz Kartel and Busy Signal among others.
