BOUNTY KILLA GETS NEW COURT DATE IN ASSAULT BATTLE

Bounty Killa’s ongoing court battle of alleged assault will continue on October 19.

The dancehall deejay appeared in court today but the trial could not proceed because his co-accused had just settled his legal representation.

Bounty Killa is being represented by Christian Tavares Finson. While his co-accused will be represented by Christopher Townsend.

The alleged charges of assault are stemming from an incident in 2007 where Bounty Killa and a former police man allegedly assault a policeman in new Kingston.

It is being alleged that the road was blocked with motor cars and the policeman asked them to clear the roadway.

Allegations are that the policeman was assaulted and a gun was pointed at him.
