This time, the Alliance leader appeared before the High Court Division of
the gun court to answer charges of assault, unlawful wounding and
illegal possession of a firearm.
Court adjourned this morning with the judge ruling that Bounty Killer is to return to court at a later date
All this is stemming from an altercation with an off-duty policeman in New Kingston in September 2007.
It is alleged that on the day in question, a motor vehicle was blocking the road, when the policeman asked Bounty Killer and his
followers to clear the road. Allegations are that the policeman was
assaulted and Killer allegedly threatened him with a gun.
Bounty Killer was charged with assault, unlawful wounding and illegal possession of a firearm.
But the troubles continue for the controversial deejay. In November, Bounty Killer is to face the court on two separate charges. On November
8, Killer is to face charges for ganja possession while on November 9
his most recent domestic abuse case alleging that he used a hammer to
beat his girlfriend is set for mention.
