Dancehall artiste Bramma recently returned home from Canada where he was invited to tour with Elephant Man. "This is just great exposure for Bramma," he said when asked about how he felt about it, "the timing could not have been better because I have often heard stories of
how popular my music is in a number of Canadian cities but have never
been there to see for myself."
Bramma performed in Vancouver, Montreal, Toronto, Scarborough, Winnipeg, Ottawa, Oshawa, Edmonton and Halifax while on the road with Elephant Man. What he had heard about his music and its popularity there he discovered, was also true. Songs such as Defend Mi Own, Send Me an Angel and Some People featuring Steven McGregor have been receiving steady rotation on most Reggae/Dancehall stations.

To capitalize on the publicity, Bramma did a number of radio interviews and social interactions before leaving for Miami where he got an opportunity to perform on stage with the likes of Freddie McGregor, Marcia Griffiths and Mickey Spice at the Gulf Stream Race Track. It was Elephant Man who introduced him to the audience during his set and though nervous, Bramma thought he handled himself well and performed a song that he thought was fitting for a mature audience. That song was the Steven McGregor produced "It's Wateva" track on the Day Rave rhythm, "I got a good response from the audience but nothing beats the exposure gained from all this," said the Calabar past student.

Looking ahead towards the Christmas season, the 23 year old focuses on promoting tracks now in rotation on radio such as 'When She Wine' on the Championship rhythm, 'The Song' a potential hit that gave him his debut airplay on New York Hot 97 radio station last Sunday October 24th and a new release entitle, "Here She Goes" all of which are produced on the Big Ship Label. Bramma also looks forward to the release of a hot new single entitled, "Tell You Say You Bad" produced by Truckback Records.
