Entertainer General B was allegedly roughed up by police this morning during the lawmen’s quest to find the driver of a B-M-W X-5 who allegedly shot and killed a teenager.

General B, who drives a B-M-W X-5, was reportedly searched by the police at his home around minutes after 5 this morning.

Subsequent to the search, the deejay was nabbed by the police while he was at the Exodus Studio and taken to the Constant Spring Police Station.

His colleagues Ghost, Singer J and Screechy who witnessed the arrest had this to say.

Up to news time General B was still at the Constant Spring Police Station.

The police are still seeking the driver of a black B-M-W X-5 sport utility vehicle involved in the incident in Kingston on Friday, which has left a schoolboy dead.

Reports are that about 7:30 pm, the teenager was a passenger in a taxi which was involved in an accident with the X-5.

The driver of the x-5 reportedly exited his vehicle armed with a handgun and reportedly fired shots at the taxi, one of which hit 17 year-old Khajeel Mais of Kingston College in the head.

He died while undergoing treatment.

Police said the driver of the X-5 drove away from the scene.

Police are appealing to the public for information about a black BMW X5 with damage to the rear bumper to call the Constant Spring Police at 924-1421, police emergency 119 number, crime stop at 311, or the nearest police station.
