Veteran reggae singer Half Pint new album is on track to drap in the early part of 2011.
The “Crazy Girl” singer is busy putting in the finishing touches to his forthcoming album. The album, which is earmarked for release in the first quarter of 2011, will be the follow up to his 2008 success No Stress Express.
Half Pint whose real name is Lindon Roberts, is a product of the West Kingston enclave of Rose Lane, a community in adjacent proximity to Trench Town which has produced the likes of Bob Marley, Dennis Brown, Peter Tosh, Lee ‘Scratch’ Perry, and Toots Hibbert among others mega reggae stars.
Half Pint is best known for the chart topping hits like Winsome, Level the Vibes, Mr Landlord, Just Be Good, One In A Million, and Substitute Lover among others.
Half Pint is currently on tour of Hawaii where he is slated to perform at six shows over a two-week period. No stranger to Hawaii, the singer has a strong fan base in that country where his songs are in consistent rotation.
