The funeral service for the late Producer Joel Chin is currently underway.

A musical tribute was held at the Holy Trinity Cathedral on North Street earlier today. Tarrus Riley, Etana, Duane Stephenson and Freddie McGregor were among those who paid tribute.

Member of the legendary VP Records family Joel Chin was shot and killed at his home by unknown assailants on August 16. The police are investigating.

Joel Chin is the grandson of VP Records founders Pat and Vincent Chin.
