VETERAN dancehall artiste Papa Biggy has teamed up with South Florida-based reggae artiste Empress Uneek and her No Apology Band to produce his latest single Take Me Home. Speaking about his latest single, Papa Biggy says it is a follow-up to previously released singles Your Dreams and So Nice featuring Moni K, which both did well in the US and in Jamaica as they received a lot of airplay in both markets.
"I am feeling happy about the attention I have been receiving of late, as it's an indication that I made the right decision in making my return to the music scene as a recording artiste," said Papa Biggy who signalled his return on the scene with his album Return To The Frontline.
Take Me Home, according to Biggy, was done to air his concerns about the troubled times in which we live.
"I really voice this tune because of all the things I see going on in the world right now, all over the world a lot of serious things are happening. There is too much war and crime all around and I would like all of this to stop so that love and peace will be the order of the day."
Take Me home is available on iTunes, Amazon, Emusic, MySpace and Nokia music online stores. Since its release, it has been receiving rave reviews from a lot of music industry insiders. It is also enjoying heavy rotation on reggae programmes in the US and Jamaica.
