Dancehall's superstar, Aidonia, is back in the island from a successful tour of Europe. The artiste left the island at the end of February and toured multiple cities in Europe.
The deejay was also introduced to new markets where he was surprised at the enormous love and support from crowd response.
"Non-stop singing, it was like a choir. They knew all the songs. It goes to show my music is definitely breaking barriers. Give thanks for the love," said Aidonia.
Among the performances, Aidonia said, Portugal, Holland, Rotterdam and Paris were most memorable.
Aidonia leaves the island this weekend to headline Barbados Reggae Festival for the second year. Last year, the top-flight deejay headlined the festival, which brought out more than 20,000 patrons.

"Barbados is definitely one of my favourite places in the Caribbean to perform. My fan base is very huge over there, and they definitely know how to party and full-joy themselves. Last year was a blast. The ladies guh hard on ma set. I had to invite some of them on stage and the thugs dem blaze whole heap a fire in the crowd. Can't wait to see my Bajan fans on the 21st at Bourbon Beach," said Aidonia.
After last year's staging of the Barbados Reggae Festival, Aidonia made the front page of Heat, a Barbados newspaper, with the headline, 'Aidonia Rocks Barbados'.
Aidonia also shot a video for chart-topping single, Brukki, produced by Stephen 'DiGenius' Mcgregor, in Barbados last year.
