BOUNTY KILLER ON BEREAVEMENT LEAVE... GANJA TRIAL PUT OFF

Bounty Killer who is mourning the passing of his mother, Miss Ivy, was granted bereavement leave when he appeared in the Corporate Area R-M Court yesterday.

The dancehall deejay is to go on trial on June 6 to answer to charges of possession of and smoking ganja.

It is alleged that he was seen smoking along Grenada Way in New Kingston in October 2010. Pryce was held and searched and a small quantity of ganja was reportedly found in his possession. He was subsequently arrested and charged.

In relating news, Bounty Killa’s mom Miss Ivy will be laid to rest on Saturday, March 17. The funeral service is expected to begin at 12 noon at the SwallowField Baptist Church.

Bounty is encouraging persons attending the funeral to wear black or white.

Miss Ivy, who Bounty Killa introduced to fans through songs, died on February 26.
