The courthouse has become a place frequently visited by some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry.

Tomorrow (13/03/12) the Montego Bay R-M court will see Mavado while Vybz Kartel will make his appearance in Kingston.

Vado is defending himself following charges of assault and malicious destruction of property.

Mavado was arrested and charged in July last year following allegations that he and members of his entourage assaulted a man and his son, and did damage to their car.

Meanwhile in Kingston, Vybz Kartel will answer to charges in connection with the murder of St. Catherine businessman Barrington ‘Bossy’ Burton.

The controversial dancehall deejay was granted bail in the sum of $1million but remains behind bars because he has other cases pending.

Between March and May, the court will also see Shawn Storm who is jointly charged with Kartel for murder, Elephant Man who is battling charges of rape and sexual assault, Bounty Killa for allegations of assault and Ninja Man who continues his ongoing fight after being slapped with a murder charge more than two years ago.
