Reggae and dancehall singjay Chino McGregor has done it again - he has ended the year with the number-one sold single for the Japanese site, Reggae Zion.

Reggae Zion,Japan's most established ring tone site, has named Chino's exclusively released Journey, this week informed Chino of the song's number one status. Last year, the singer'sFrom Mawningwhich was released on Chino's sophomore Japan album,Never Change, outranked all Japanese artistes' tracks and went on to become the site's best-seller of the year, a rarity in the region.

He says, "I'm definitely pleased with the news and I want to say thanks to all my fans in Japan - I appreciate the consistent support. I'm about to release theSeal Di Linkremix featuring Japanese singer, Akane and I'mhoping the track will be equally as successful as the ones before."

When released on his self-entitled album, Chino, Seal Di Linkhad shot to the top charts in the US and sold in excess of 150,000 oniTunesduring the first week of its release. He says making it to the top of the Japanese charts with the Seal Di Link remix and the upcoming Japan album are foremost on his list. If the singer's previous salesserve as indicators- Never Change landed in thesecond spot a few hours after its release on the iTunes Reggae chart - he will do it again next year.

In addition to all his other pursuits, Chino will this week release two videos, "We will be dropping the Iron Belt medley video and the Hustler video, both of those productions are by Stephen (McGregor). So persons can look out for that this week," he says.
