Controversial Deejay, Vybz Kartel is once again in the news, after his song with Gaza Slim titled 'Reparation', which purportedly encourages 'scamming', has been banned from the airwaves. The song which is said to have been recorded from behind bars, where Kartel has been since 2011, is the latest in a string releases, including a book which the artiste has published titled "Voice of the Jamaican Ghetto".
