Emcee Nuffy is seeking damages in the sum of ten million dollars from a company in the print media for defamation of character.

The article dated January 9, 2012, claimed Emcee Nuffy was arrested after an illegal gun was found in a car in which he was travelling in, and that the emcee was in police custody.
