Flexxx, Chase Cross fight outside Weddy

Several members of the Gullyside were involved in a fight on Wednesday night.

Former Gullyside artiste, who is now signed to Hapilos Entertainment, Flexxx, told THE WEEKEND STAR that the melee started when artiste Savage and two of their friends went to Weddy Weddy dance.

"Me, Savage and some youths from my ends go Weddy Weddy and we see Chase Cross and him crew. Mi nah pay dem no mind, a party me a party and ting. When Weddy Weddy done, mi realise say a crowd deh where my car park. Upon reaching the spot, dem launch a coward attack and Waste Cross get tump inna him face," Flexxx said.

According to Flexxx, he and his three friends were outnumbered by Chase Cross and his crew of 16. Flexxx said that the ambush caught him off guard but that he was able to defend himself.

"Him start the lyrical feud and now him a try take it physical. Tell Chase Cross say anywhere him see me, make sure him rush me same way, cause him a mek a big chat and get tump inna him face," Flexxx said.

According to Savage, upon leaving the venue, Chase Cross approached him about them dissing the 'Gully Gad'.

"Him step to me and a talk bout how we a diss the Gully Gad, so mi just tump him inna him face. Dem a puppy nose. Dem a try gwaan like dem more ignorant than we. A 16 a dem and four a we, and none a di four a we nuh get not even a scratch. A music me a deal wid but me still haffi defend mi self. Chase Cross a look a hype but every time him feel him face a hurt him, him need fi memba say a Fagan Fraternity do dat," Savage said.

Flexxx told THE WEEKEND STAR that the brawl came to an end when police officers fired shots in the air.

These claims were, however, denied by Chase Cross. According to him, Flexxx and Savage are lying about the entire incident because he was not touched by any of them.

"Flexxx and him fren dem a run up and dung and a tell lie say dem tump me inna mi face. That is a big lie. Dem don't even come close to me much less fi touch me. The whole street see dem a run up and down. A nuh me get box inna my face, a dem get the box," Chase Cross told THE WEEKEND STAR.

Chase Cross said the violence started when he and his friends were waiting for their vehicle.

"We come out a di venue and a wait pon di vehicle dem, one a fi dem friend walk through the middle and a sing a song and a deh so all hell bruk loose. Nuh boy caan tump me inna my face. A dem get lick inna dem face. Dem caan touch me no time, no where. A dem get the beat up," Chase Cross said.
