Lawyers for the embattled entertainer Gaza slim are heading back to court this morning.

This follows a submission of habeas corpus in a Resident Magistrate yesterday

Gaza Slim's lawyers say up to this morning she had not yet been questioned.

The DJ was schedule to be questioned yesterday but her lawyers say this fell through.

Gaza slim was named as a person of interest by the police last week and was asked to turn herself in.
