Promoter Tia Reinford who demanded to be compensated by entertainer I-Octane has gotten her wish.

Earlier this year, Music News reported that the Westmoreland Kite Festival ended after patrons’ pelted bottles on stage following the abrupt end of I-Octane’s set. Today, I-Octane and the promoter have negotiated and will give the people a free concert on April 28.

Tia Reinford thanks I-Octane for the gesture.

The Westmoreland Kite Festival was slated to take place on New Year’s Day 2012.
