Its jingle all the way this Christmas for Ninja Man after the judge today lifted the ban on the veteran deejay’s curfew.

The Home Circuit the judge made a temporary ruling which will allow Ninja Man to perform without restrictions effective December 8, 2012 until January 7, 2013.

Meanwhile, the trial of the murder case against Ninja Man was put off until May 13 next year. The matter could not be heard because the deejay’s attorney, Valrie Neita Robertson is appearing in another matter.

Ninja Man and his son are on bail in the sum of $2 million each for the March 16, 2009 murder of a 20 year old man.
