Trinidad and Tobago Soca Star, Machel Montano has been found guilty of five criminal offences by a Magistrate Court on Monday.

According to CMC online, Machel Montano, the reigning Power Soca Monarch and Road March king, along with a few others are charged with a series of criminal offences arising out a fracas outside the Zen nightclub, in Port of Spain in April 2007.

Machel Montano is a soca singer, record producer and songwriter based in Trinidad and Tobago.

He is the frontman of the popular soca band The HD Family, and is noted for his high energy, fast-paced, and often unpredictable on-stage performances.
