“I don’t wish to continue the case” is what Ninja Man told the court yesterday in his case involving another inmate.
Senior Resident Magistrate Judith Pusey told the veteran deejay that the decision was not his to make and that she had to see the medical first.
All this stems from an incident where Ninja Man was reportedly "knocked unconscious" by an inmate at the Horizon Adult Remand Centre in Kingston.
Allegations are that on August 3, the deejay was walking to his cell when he was attacked. It was reported that he was hit in the head with a stone that the accused had concealed in a sock.
Ninja man is to return to court on October 19. The Veteran dancehall deejay has been behind bars since 2009. Ninja Man along with his son and two others are awaiting trial for murder
