Organizers of Reggae Month say there is a significant need for funds.

According to Charles Campbell executive director and Vice-chairman of the Jamaica Reggae Industry Association (JaRIA), the entire budget for Reggae Month has not been covered. In celebration of Jamaica’s 50^th, Charles explains that there are 50 events on the calendar to commemorate Reggae Month.

The Ministry of Culture, The Jamaica Tourist board, members of the entertainment fraternity and IRIE FM are already on onboard.
