Tommy Lee in UK for promotional shows

Fast-rising dancehall artiste, Tommy Lee, is now in London on a busy promotional tour.

The Some Bwoy deejay has several appearances scheduled for UK radio, TV, as well as live performances.

The performer is very enthused about the warm welcome he received upon arrival. He was greeted at the Gatwick airport by waiting Gaza/Sparta fans, which was surprising to the artiste. He was later invited as a special guest on leading radio station, BBC 1XTRA, where he interacted with many of listeners via Twitter.

Tommy Lee kicks off the weekend with his debut London performance slated for popular night spot, Club Da Boss. On Sunday, he will be at the Liverpool Pier Head to entertain his fans in that area. He is confirmed for a string of events throughout the region in an attempt to promote his music.

His new track, Lyrical Bomber, released on I-Tunes earlier this week by 21st Hapilos, is swiftly becoming a favourite. The track is produced by Head Concussion Records' Tarik 'Russian' Johnston. Russian is popular in the dancehall circuit for his collaboration with Vybz Kartel on the hit track Straight Jeans.

New releases from Tommy Lee include Informer with Vybz Kartel, Step Like Death with Popcaan, Life We Live with Blak Diamon, and Gal U Eva Clean on the Coolie Gal Riddim. His highly anticipated mixtape will be released later this summer with even more fresh tunes.

His new video, Some Bwoy, is climbing up the charts and is in high rotation on TV stations locally and throughout the diaspora. The YouTube-only released video, Psycho, has been receiving rave reviews as a trend-setting video in the dancehall sphere with views sky rocketing.

The humble, young entertainer shared that he feels grateful for the direction in which his career is heading and intends to make his hometown, Montego Bay, proud.

Tommy Lee returns to Jamaica at the end of the month to prepare for his first Reggae Sumfest solo performance on Dancehall Night on Thursday, July 19, as well as Smudge (July 1), Western All School Jam (July 15), and Dream Live Concert (August 1).
