In a positive turn of events, Vybz Kartel who once lauded the cake soap for its bleaching, has finally done the responsible thing and is urging the nation’s youngsters not to bleach.

In the song dubbed “School” Kartel also encourages academic excellence and cautions teenagers about drug use and abuse, tight pants, short uniforms and teenage pregnancy.

"School" was released by Vybz Kartel’s common law wife Shorty on her newly formed label “Short Boss Muzik”. The song will be available to the public on August 27 on iTunes.

Vybz Kartel, who was recently found not guilty of one of the murder charges, remains incarcerated on another pending murder charge. That trial is scheduled to get underway on November 18.
