Elephant Man’s case-file is missing.

The entertainer, who is on a charge of rape, had his bail extended this morning, until November 29 in the Home Circuit Court.

The new date was set after the prosecution informed the court that that the case-file for the accused could not be located.

The charge stemmed from an incident which took place in St Andrew of January last year.

It's alleged that a woman filed a police report claiming that Elephant Man sexually assaulted her.
