This is part 3 of our information gathering of Jamaica's water shortage. Ian Lyn, Sloane Jackson and our friend Sean Kelly (the camera man) went up to New Castle and Blue Mountain to show that we could solve Jamaica's water problem overnight if we would bring the water from the mountains.
