Buju Banton armed with his lawyers appeared in the the Sam M Gibbons federal court in Tampa Florida earlier today for the hearing in his quest for a new trial.

New information is that two members of the jury had violated the judge’s instructions. Imhotep Alkebulan, a member of Buju’s legal team gives us the details.

Buju Banton is currently serving a 10 year prison sentence. If convicted on the gun charge, the Gargamel could get an additional five years.
