2013 will see Elephant Man in court answering to charges of rape and sexual assault.

The dancehall deejay's trial was postponed today (29.10.12) in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's court. Music News understands that the postponement came due to an outstanding forensic report, among other things.

Elephant Man’s $400,000 bail was extended until February 11, 2013.

All this stems from an alleged incident in January of this year which involves a 31 year old woman at his home in Hillcrest Avenue, St. Andrew.
