Vybz Kartel’s on-going case involving the killing of Barrington Bossy Burton has been put off until December 3.

The controversial entertainer who has been in jail for over a year, is being represented by Tom and his son Christian Tavares- Finson, while the two other co-accused have other legal representation.

According to Christian Tavares-Finson, the trial was rescheduled because the prosecution said it was not ready.

Vybz Kartel is on $3 million bail but remains in custody as he is facing another murder charge for which he is to be tried in November.

Kartel, his fashion designer Calvin Mooney Hay and entertainer 'Shawn Storm' along with two others are charged for the August 2011 beating death of Clive 'Lizard' Williams in Havendale, St Andrew.

Vybz Kartel is also being charged for perverting the course of justice in relation to the murder of Clive Williams. He is to return to court on November 12 with Gaza Slim and Pim-Pim.
