Friday, November 25 will see him appear for We The Best Music record label boss DJ Khaled's birthday bash at Club Mansion in South Beach, Miami.
Rick Ross, Puff Daddy, Ace Hood, Meek Mills, and a host of surprise guests, are slated to perform alongside the Gully Gad at the birthday bash that is one of the biggest annual parties in Miami.
"Mavado being at my birthday celebration is a blessing," said DJ Khaled in a release sent to THE STAR. "It's what the people want and We The Best always delivers that!"
Scheduled for the following week, Mavado has just been added to the huge annual Jingle Jam concert presented by Connecticut's biggest hip hop and R&B station, Hot 93.7 FM. Jingle Jam is being held on Friday December 2 at the XL Centre, in Hartford.
This year sees Mavado starring alongside headliner and friend Drake, with Wiz Khalifa, Mindless Behavior, Diggy Simmons and Meek Mills, among other performers. After that event, Mavado dashes straight off to Boston to headline his own show inside Club Lido.
"Its a great look for me to be on these types of events," said Mavado in the release. "It helps introduce me to new audiences and is good for dancehall and Jamaica on a whole. I'm just thankful to Jah for the opportunity to be out here representing for the music and my country."
Prior to these events, Mavado recently attended the MTV Sucker-Free Awards in Miami, with DJ Khaled and lablemate Ace Hood, Rick Ross, Lil Wayne and Busta Rhymes, and has been spotted at the hottest club night in the US - Sundays at legendary Club Liv - sparring with some of hip hop's biggest names.
With an extremely busy holiday schedule ahead of him, including appearances in the UK, Caribbean and Central America, Mavado makes a triumphant return to Africa in mid-December for his first appearances in Zimbabwe and Kenya. After a lengthy absence from the stage in Jamaica, local fans will get to see Mavado live over the Christmas period at GT's Christmas Xtravaganza and his return to the Sting stage. He is also confirmed for the Portland Family Fun Day on January 1.
"Next year is going to be huge for me," said Mavado. "I've been in the US putting in a lot of work both in the studio and in the streets, and we're expecting a big 2012. I've taken a conscious decision to stay far from anything and anybody negative, a just mi music and mi family mi a focus pon."
The video for number-one collaboration with Laza Morgan One by One, shot recently in Miami, is in the final editing stages and should be hitting screens and the Internet in the next two weeks.
With a few big-name collaborations already recorded, Mavado will be dropping his new single Survivor feat Akon in the coming weeks.
