They say one way to get over a bad relationship, is to open up your heart to new possibilities.

Well Mr. Vegas did just that in lightning speed.

Seems like just the other day, Mr Vegas was spewing hate and venom on the internet and breaking down on Jamaican radio, after allegedly catching his then girlfriend Shellian McBayne on camera “Brukkin It Down” with another man.

The dancehall star is putting his cheating baby mama drama behind him and he is moving very fast.

Sources close to the deejay exclusively told Urban Islandz that he has been dating a new girl and is planning to tie the knot.

“Vegas took some time out to reflect and realise that at the end of the day he is a star, so he is not going to let some regular chick get the better of him,” the source revealed.

“Vegas been dating for a few months now and he is very very happy, to the point he is even thinking about tying the knot,” the source added.

Mr. Vegas is currently going through a bitter custody battle with his ex-girlfriend and baby mother Shellian McBayne.

He is very serious about getting custody of his 2-year-old baby girl from his ex-girlfriend Shellian McBayne.

The dancehall star reported to the Bronx County Family Court in New York with his lawyer back in early February, to begin his custody case, but things came to a halt because McBayne did not show up for court.

The presiding judge rescheduled the case to April 23 and ordered McBayne to report to court.

After the hearing Mr. Vegas took to Twitter to vent his frustration.

“Good must overcome evil! Where God presence is, the devil is afraid to show its ugly face!” Mr. Vegas tweeted.
