While touring several places in and around the Caribbean, dancehall artistes/comedic duo Twin of Twins are gearing up to release part 10 of the popular and controversial CD Stir It Up. Part 10 will be available to the public on April 20, 2013.

Speaking with THE STAR, Twin of Twins' Patrick Gaynor said the new Stir It Up series would unveil new characters. Such new characters include Ankle Socks, Arthritis, and 'Twin of Twin's' father Jah Mikes.

"Jah Mikes was the first voice that I imitated, so I wanted to do him the honour, hence making him a part of this CD," he said.

The launch will take place at Village Café starting 8 p.m. and will also take the shape of a stage show. Patrons will be required to pay $1,000 to get into the launch, where they will be presented with a copy of the new CD, also included in the admission cost. Recording artistes like D Angel, Mr Easy, Blak Ryno, Jahvinci, and Big Wayne are also booked to deliver performances.

Volume 10 is said to contain more controversial social commentary featuring public figures, including Jamaican recording artistes. However, Twin of Twins made sure to emphasise that the storylines are semi-fictitious.

"People can expect to be entertained as usual. We have new characters and a semi-fictitious storyline, and I want that to be remembered. We have stalwarts like Mutabaruka, Bounty killer, and Mr Adams is back, plus new characters. By giving access to the product at the launch, we have found a way to deal with the bootleggers. so the authentic fans can get access to the product first," he said.

Following the launch of Stir It Up - volume 10, fans wanting to purchase the CD can source it on iTunes and dancehallUSA.com. Distribution will be executed internationally by Zojack and in Jamaica by Kingston Night Life.

Twin of Twins are currently off the island and are expected to tour Trinidad and Tobago, Grenada, Antigua, and St Lucia in coming weeks in an attempt to take their product to the entire Caribbean community. In May of this year, they will also embark on their first local tour called the "Love and Laughter tour". This tour will see Twin of Twins travelling to several communities and parishes around the island performing at self-hosted events. they will also feature cameos from other comedians and other recording artistes.
