An arrest warrant has been issued for the immediate arrest of Mr. Vegas’ baby-mama, Shellian McBayne.

Music News understands that the warrant was issued by the Family Court of New York Bronx County following Shellian’s nonappearance in court today (April 23, 2013).

Mr. Vegas tells Music News that he will continue the fight to see his daughter. Vegas says he hasn’t seen his young daughter in eight months.

The child custody court battle was put-off until May 28.

All this comes following Vegas' public split from his baby-mama who was reportedly caught on camera in the deejay’s home doing the nasty with another man in the presence of their two year old daughter.
